With a background in Economics and Political Science, Philippe has been working in the HR consulting and recruitment sector for 25 years.
He gained his experience within major international firms as well as more boutique-style organizations, holding managerial roles and overseeing P&L management. A trusted partner to executives in building high-performing teams and assessing potential, Philippe has been based in the Aix-en-Provence region for the past six years, following stints in Paris and Lyon.
Philippe will support NAOS International in the regional expansion of the firm, already established in Singapore, Dubai, and Paris, by opening offices in Lyon and Aix-en-Provence, aiming to be closer to mid-sized companies (ETIs) and SMEs in the region.
