She has worked for several industry players in Europe and Asia, developing leadership programs between 2012 and 2017.
Since then, she has been dedicated to recruiting high-level strategic positions. In various contexts such as organizational design, commercial transformation in a VUCA environment, expansion into new markets, change management, and digitization.
