‘Generation Z and companies: who’s really recruiting whom?’ – A look back at the insightful discussions at our last NAOS Morning Meeting

This Thursday, March 27, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m., we hosted a new session of our (now traditional) Matinale NAOS Meetings at our offices located at 130 Boulevard Saint-Germain in Paris.
This Matinale NAOS brought together various professionals from different sectors around a topic that is more relevant than ever.

Agathe Leblond, the guest speaker of the day, shared her insights and advice on integrating Generation Z into companies.

A communication specialist, Agathe Leblond has a B2B background and a strong results-driven mindset.
She works to position communication and marketing as true business partners within the organizations she operates in.
After 8 years in IT consulting firms (Abylsen and Randstad Digital – as Director of Communication and Marketing for Europe), she recently launched her own company to offer outsourced support to business leaders on all their key communication issues: ACT2 Consulting.

Throughout the morning, discussions touched on the expectations Generation Z has of companies and the key elements of an effective employer brand.

The subjects of motivation, the meaning given to work and mission, salary and hierarchical relationships enabled participants to project themselves into practical cases of management and collaboration with Generation Z.

We warmly thank Agathe Leblond for her talk and valuable insights. Our thanks also go to Raphaelle Rouvroy, Franck Larue, Sandra Chaumont, Dorna Hafezi, Armand Seveau, and Dorian Oudin for their commitment and participation today.

Don’t miss the next NAOS Morning Meeting!
Join us on June 26 in Aix-en-Provence for a new session addressing a sensitive and equally relevant topic 😉
